Storm Damage Rapid Response.
Limbs down, water coming through the ceiling, no power, garage door stuck with your car behind it. One call puts a coordinator on it and the right licensed trade on site — today.
Six calls people make after a storm.
All of them go to the same number. We triage in order of what is unsafe, what is getting worse, and what can wait until Tuesday.
Tree & branch removal
Limbs on the roof, across the drive, or leaning on a service line. Cut down, sectioned, and hauled — with the roof and gutters checked underneath before we leave.
Roof leak repair
Lifted shingles, punctures, and wind-torn flashing. Emergency tarp the same day, permanent repair scheduled once the weather clears and the deck is dry.
Garage lockout
Power out and your car sealed behind a dead opener. We release the door, get you moving, then diagnose the opener, springs, or panel damage instead of leaving it manual.
Electrical power outage issues
Partial power, a tripped main, a pulled service mast, or a generator that needs to be tied in safely. Licensed electricians, and a straight answer on what is yours versus the utility's.
Flood & water damage
Basement backups, window-well flooding, and saturated drywall. Water out, air moving, wet material cut back before mold gets a start.
Storm cleanup
Debris, fence sections, siding, downed gutters, and the mess left across the yard. Site cleared and hauled so the property is safe to walk and photograph.
Make it safe. Stop the damage. Then rebuild.
Storm work goes wrong when it is done out of order — permanent repairs on wet framing, or a roof patched before the tree is off it. We sequence it properly.
If you see a downed line, smell gas, or have standing water near a panel, call 911 and DTE first. Then call us and we will work around the utility.
Triage by phone. Photos if you can send them. We tell you what is urgent, what is not, and when someone is coming.
Make safe. Limbs cleared, roof tarped, power isolated, garage door released, water shut off at the source.
Dry out and document. Extraction and air movers running, damage photographed and scoped in writing for your insurer.
Permanent repair. Roofing, electrical, drywall, and exterior work coordinated as one job with one point of contact.
Call us right away if
A limb is resting on your roof, gutters, or driveway.
Water is actively coming through a ceiling or wall.
Your garage door will not open and a vehicle is behind it.
Part of the house has power and part of it does not.
The basement has taken water and it is still rising.
Siding, fencing, or trim has torn loose and is moving in the wind.
What this is not
We are not the utility and we are not emergency services. Downed live wires, gas odor, and fire are 911 and DTE calls — always, and first.
We also will not patch over a problem to close a ticket. If framing is wet or a roof deck is compromised, we say so, dry it out, and repair it once — even when a same-day cover-up would be easier for both of us.
One storm. One number. Not five contractors.
After a bad night, a single property can need a tree service, a roofer, an electrician, a garage door tech, and a water crew — and every one of them is booked solid across the county.
Homeowners lose days to it: leaving voicemails, taking the first available slot regardless of sequence, and discovering that the roofer came before the tree crew and cannot start. Meanwhile the ceiling keeps getting wetter.
We run it as one project. We know which trades are actually available, in what order they have to work, and what has to be documented before anything gets covered up. You make one call and get one schedule back.
That coordination is the same discipline we bring to a full renovation — only compressed into hours instead of months. See how we work.
Cut back, dried out, then rebuilt.
Saturated drywall and insulation come out before anything gets closed up. Air movers run until the framing and slab read dry — then finishes go back. Skipping that step is how a storm becomes a mold claim six weeks later.
One crew, one schedule — extraction, demo, and rebuild coordinated as a single job.
Storm response, answered.
How fast can someone actually get here?
You get a live triage conversation the same day, and in most cases a crew on site within hours for anything unsafe or actively getting worse. During a countywide event we sequence by severity and tell you honestly where you sit — we will not promise a window we cannot hold.
My garage door will not open and my car is inside. Can you help?
Yes. That is one of the most common calls after an outage. We release the door manually so you can get the vehicle out, then check the opener, springs, and track for storm damage rather than leaving you operating it by hand indefinitely.
Do you work with insurance?
We document everything — dated photos before we touch anything, a written scope, and an itemized estimate your adjuster can read. We are not a public adjuster and we do not file the claim for you, but our paperwork is built so your claim moves without back-and-forth.
Part of my house has power. Is that a utility problem or mine?
Usually it is worth a licensed look. Half-power often means a lost leg at the service, a damaged mast, or a failed main breaker — and the dividing line between the utility's responsibility and yours is at the connection point. We identify which side the fault is on before anyone pays for the wrong repair.
Can you handle the permanent repairs too, not just the emergency?
That is the point of calling us. The tarp, the dry-out, the roofing, the electrical, the drywall, and the exterior finish all run as one coordinated job under one point of accountability instead of six separate invoices and six separate schedules.
