What types of projects does Endura take on?
Residential renovations, investment property improvements, light commercial work, and property preparation for sale or lease. We focus on select projects where structured planning and professional oversight make a real difference — we don't chase volume.
Are you a general contractor or a project manager?
+
Both, in practice. Endura operates at the intersection of planning, coordination, and skilled execution. We manage the full project — scope, budget, sequencing, and communication — and deliver the work through a trusted network of skilled trades we've vetted over years of working together.
What area do you serve?
+
We're based in Birmingham, Michigan and work across Oakland County and Metro Detroit — including Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Royal Oak, Troy, and surrounding communities.
How does the process start?
+
With a conversation. The initial consultation is where we assess scope, goals, and constraints. From there we move to scope and planning, then execution and coordination, and finish with a final review and walkthrough. Four steps, clearly defined, from day one.
Can you help before I've committed to a project?
+
Yes — that's our Advisory & Planning service. We help define scope, set realistic budget expectations, and assess feasibility before any work begins, so you can decide with clarity instead of guesswork.
How do you keep projects on schedule?
+
Sequencing and communication. We coordinate contractors and timelines directly, oversee progress on site, and keep you informed at every stage. One point of accountability means issues get caught and resolved early — not discovered at the end.
How is pricing handled?
+
Every project is scoped and priced individually during the planning phase, before work begins. You'll know what's included, what the timeline looks like, and how changes are handled — no surprises mid-project.
Are you licensed and insured?
+
Yes. Endura draws on 40+ years of combined trade expertise in construction and electrical contracting, and all work is performed by licensed, insured professionals. Documentation is available on request.
